Club Rules & Guidelines
File formats accepted in this club are JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP, with a maximum file size of 1 MB per image. Please ensure your photos are optimized for web display, using reasonable resolution (e.g. 1200px max width or similar) to avoid large download times. Image filenames should not contain personal information or special characters; keep them simple and descriptive (e.g. “sunset_lake.jpg”). Submissions must include a title and short description in the email body when using the mailto form. The organizer reserves the right to reject images that do not follow these formatting rules, such as oversized files, unsupported formats, or unlabeled submissions. Always double-check before sending.
Regarding content, submissions must be your original work. Do not submit photos that infringe copyrights or contain trademarked or recognizable branding without permission. Do not include nudity, explicit, or offensive content. By submitting your image, you grant the Photo Club permission to display your work on this website and promotional materials. Retain full authorship rights to your image. Misuse or abuse of the submission guidelines may result in your entry being disqualified.
